Mon., May 18 Mailed or dropped off voter registration forms must be received by the Elections Office by 5 pm.
Tues., June 2 You may register and vote on election day.

REGISTER TO VOTE
YOUR VOTE = YOUR VOICE
Make sure you are registered to vote for the June 2 Primary election. The last day to register before the election is May 18th. However, you can register when you go to the polls on June 2nd.
If your registration status is "Inactive" the best way to make it "Active" is to vote by mail, vote early, or vote at the polls June 2.
VOTE BY MAIL DATES
Tues. Mar. 24 Absentee ballots request forms can be submitted to the Election Office at the Black Hawk County Courthouse, 316 E 6th St. Waterloo, IA 50703.

Tues. May 12 1st Day Election Office will mail Absentee Ballots to those who asked for one.
Mon., May 18 Absentee ballot request forms must be received at the Election Office by 5 pm.
Tues., June 2 Absentee Ballots must be returned to the Elections Office by 8 PM. Mail back early or or drop it into the Drop Off box outside the courthouse, or take it to the Election Office window.
